Kanye West Drops YEEZY GAP Engineered By Balenciaga

Kanye’s new line YEEZY for GAP is here! Originally slated to arrive on May 25th, the release was postponed due to the recent tragic school massacre in Uvalde. They posted a statement on social media addressing the delayed release saying:

“IN LIGHT OF THE TRAGEDY IN UVALDE, TEXAS, WE ARE POSTPONING THE YEEZY GAP ENGINEERED BY BALENCIAGA LAUNCH UNTIL FRIDAY, MAY 27 AT 6AM PST / 9AM EST. AS WE PAUSE, OUR HEARTS GO OUT TO THE FAMILIES AND COMMUNITIES IMPACTED.”

The new YEEZY for Gap line was engineered by Balenciaga. The release is a collective effort between Kanye and Gemna Gvasalia. The collection is a combination of oversized fits including t-shirts, jackets, sweatshirts, jeans and bodysuits. There is an oversized puffer jacket, full head face mask, cargo pants, overalls, a light parka, jogging pants plus more. The prices range from $40 for a keychain to $440 for a padded demin jacket.
