The Lobby Boyz (Jim Jones & Maino) Deliver Debut Album

We spoke with Jim Jones on MBTV a few months ago after he released his ‘We Set The Trends’ Mixtape. Jim and Maino joined forces last year to form the New York collective The Lobby Boyz. The two came together collaborating on music which resulted in their new debut album. Over the last few months they dropped the lead singles ‘Lobby Boyz Anthem’ and the track ‘No Bobby V.’ Now, the official album is here with 15 new songs. The project includes features appearances by Benny The Butcher, Fivio Foreign, Bleu, Capella Grey, Young M.A., Styles P, Fabolous, Dave East and more. The Lobby Boyz also release the new music video for the song ‘Slide’ with Fivio which you can watch below.

The new album is a definite straight through listen which is rare these days. And we’re not saying that because we’re from New York, but because Jim and Maino deliver a good start to the warm weather vibes with this project.
