Event RECAP: Vegandale Festival w/ Styles P, Coileray & More in NYC

This past weekend, we packed up the cameras and took our talents to Randalls Island in Manhattan for Vegandale Festival New York 2023. The festival travels to different cities each year including Dallas, Miami, Chicago and Toronto. Vegandale’s message focus’ on “the moral imperative of veganism and a world that can exist without exploiting animals.” Taking place along the East River on Randalls Island, 25,000 festival goers enjoyed a peaceful gathering with great performances.

Vegandale Festival hosted 250+ vendors offering vegan food, drinks and much more. There were tons of free samples allowing you to taste almost everything with rows of vendors and art installations throughout the festival. Toward the evening there were performances by Rick Ross, Coileray and Styles P. The festivities were hosted by Scott Bernhard and Charlise Rookwood (Vegansoulicious) with music by Lohrasp Kansara. We missed the Rick Ross set due to security around the media photo pit not being tighter. But, besides that, it was a good vibe with great energy!
