News: Meet the XXL 2020 Freshman Class

We all know this year has been tough, unconventional and a total surprise with everything going on due to Covid-19. But, XXL still managed to round up 12 newcomers for their annual Freshman Class for 2020. The most overwhelming part of the unveiling of the Freshmen Class cover was the late Brooklyn rapper Pop Smoke was the first artist chosen to be apart of the group. But, due to his untimely death, he wasn’t able to grace the cover.

The chosen rappers for the XXL Freshman 2020 class include NLE Choppa, Polo G, Chika, Baby Keem, Mulatto, Jack Harlow, Rod Wave, Lil Tjay, Calboy, Fivio Foreign and Lil Keed along with the 10th spot winner being 24kGoldn. We can expect to see upcoming interviews and cyphers from each artists as XXL usually provides every year.
