Video: Fans Mob The Streets for Kanye West in NYC

After making a guest appearance at Hot 97’s Summer Jam, Kanye West announced a surprise performance scheduled at Webster Hall on Sunday night (June 5th) at, get this, 2 am. Well, hundreds of his die-hard fans mobbed East 11th street in NYC to hopefully get a chance to see Ye’. The show was unfortunately cancelled due to the huge crowds but Kanye did manage to greet fans through the sun-roof as he left the area. He wasn’t able to secure a new venue but 2 Chainz, Travis Scott and Desiigner did pop up shortly after for a impromptu performance at SOBs.

But, the drama continues as dozens of cars were reportedly damaged while fans were waiting outside of SOBs. Residents of the NYC neighborhood came outside the next morning to broken windshields, dents roofs, and cracked windows. Take a look at the images and videos below.
