News: Nicki Minaj Pregnant with First Child

Nicki Minaj has spent the last few months featuring on tracks like 6ix9ine’s ‘Trollz’ and Doja Cat’s ‘Say So’ remix. Many thought she may be working on a new album or new music, but it turns out she was working on something else, she is pregnant!

Nicki took to social media today to announce she is pregnant with her first child from her husband Kenneth Petty. She posted a series of pregnancy shots on her Instagram page to share with her fans captioning the first pic, “Preggers.” Another pic had the caption, “Love. Marriage. Baby carriage. Overflowing with excitement & gratitude. Thank you all for the well wishes. ?” The last photo taken by David La Chappelle was Nicki as The Virgin Mary.

The announcement comes almost a year after she married her husband and announced she would be retiring to focus on a family. For the past few months she had been posting images with her bae along with images from home. Her last relationship was with Meek Mill but the two rappers called it quits in 2017.
