Watch Vince Staples Tiny Desk Concert

Vince Staples dropped his new self-titled album a few weeks ago here. The project was produced entirely by Kenny Beats and features R&B singer Foushee. Now, he provides an At-Home version of his very own and well overdue Tiny Desk Concert for NPR.

In the new concert, Kenny Beats is seen playing bass. The band, outfitted in was able to recreate the sound of Vince Staples seamlessly (it’s mostly made up of players from the album), and coast wonderfully through this four-song set, punctuated by Vince’s signature, tongue-in-cheek humor between songs. Always willing to share the spotlight with future stars, he closes with the assistance of another on the horizon, the singer Fousheé, on ‘Take Me Home.’ Take a look and watch below.
