Megan Thee Stallon, Cardi B and More Perform at the 2021 GRAMMYs

This past Sunday night, the 63rd Annual GRAMMY Awards kicked off live on CBS hosted by Trevor Noah. Due to the pandemic, the live red carpet and afterparties have mostly been cancelled. The show was a little different this year, airing remotely for most with a limited amount of guests. It seems like only the performers and presenters along with a few nominees winners were allowed in attendance.

Megan Thee Stallion was a big winner of the night taking home awards for Best New Artist, Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song for ‘Savage’ single. Nas took home a GRAMMY for Best Rap Album for King’s Disease while H.E.R. won Song of The Year for the single ‘I Can’t Breathe.’ Kanye even won Best Contemporary Christian Music Album for his Jesus is King projeect. Beyonce made history at the GRAMMYs winning her 28th GRAMMY Award, the most any female has won ever! She had nine nominations and won Best R&B Performance along with Best Rap Performance featuring on Megan Thee Stallion’s ‘Savage’ remix. She also won the Best Music Video for ‘Brown Skin Girls.’ You can see a list of all the winners here.

The show featured tons of performances by Silk Sonic (Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars), Roddy Ricch, DaBaby, Megan Thee Stallion, Bad Bunny, Doja Cat, Post Malone, Cardi B, Lil Baby, Dua Lipa and more.
