Supreme has just sold their company in a $2.1 billion deal to the VF Corp. VF is also the owner of popular brands like Vans, Timberland and The North Face. New York City based brand Supreme’s investors The Carlyle Group and Goode Partners will also be selling their stake in the company. The deal is set to be completed by the end of 2020, with VF expecting Supreme to contribute $500 million of revenue in the 2022 fiscal year.
They will also contribute an additional $300 as long as certain goals are met. The deal will allow Supreme access to VF’s global and international supply chain plus knowledge and more. Supreme will also continue their collaborations with brands outside of the VF umbrella. Supreme which was founded in 1994, sells clothing, footwear, accessories, skateboards and more.
