News: Apple Unveils 5G Enabled iPhone 12
Apple held their special live event today to finally unveil the antiticipated iPhone 12 smartphone. They revealed not only the iPhone 12 and 12 Pro but also the new mini comparable to the iPhone SE. The new phone has a flat screen similar to the iPhone 5 style from years ago, but they have updated its’ capabilities.
The iPhone 12 is slightly smaller and thinner than its’ predecessor iphone 11. The new 6.1 inch display includes a Super Retina XDR screen with 460 pixels per inch. The phone now has ceramic shield technology, temperature crystallization and improved glass toughness. Apple introduces the A14 Bionic chip, 12 MP ultra-wide and a 12 Wide cam, Smart HDR3, better night mode and True Depth technology. There is no earpods or charger included with the new model. Both must be purchased seperately.
The iPhone mini includes the same features serving as the smallest, thinnest, and lightest 5G smartphone in the world with a 5.4 inch display. Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 start at $799 and $699 USD on Friday, October 16th. The iPhone mini will be available for pre-order on November 6th on Apple.com.
