News: Drake Passes Justin Bieber as Spotify’s Most Streamed Artist

Drake has had huge success with his recently release VIEWS LP. The album has already sold over a million copies in the first week, had all 20 songs on the charts along with the highest number of streams in the first week with 245.1 million.

Now, he achieves another accolade as Spotify unveiled that Drake is the highest streaming artist of all time. According to their numbers, Drake has achieved over 3.2 billion stream on the music service platform. Drake’s new album was only available exclusively on Apple for the first two weeks of its’ release and has only been available on Spotify for 5 days. Drake has surpasses Justin Bieber, Ed Sheeran, The Weeknd and Ariana Grande generating the most streams amongst those top 5 artists. You can check out the full list over at Spotify.
