A new biopic based the career of rapper Roxanne Shanté, a part of the Juice Crew in the 1980’s is on its’ way to Netflix. The film Roxanne Roxanne was written and directed by Michael Larnel and stars Mahershala Ali, Nia Long and Shanté Adams. The biopic streams on Netflix March 23rd.
