Vic Mensa teams up with Chi-town native Chance The Rapper along with Wyclef Jean on a new track. The song ‘Shelter’ is an effort to protect black lives as it is about Julius. He was a 19 years old at the University of Oklahoma pursuing a basketball scholarship when he was wrongly arrested and charged with first degree murder.
