Netflix and Hulu will have some fierce competition as Youtube will start to offer a new paid subscription service very soon. Time Warner, 21st Century Fox, A&E Network, Comcast Corp and NBC Universal are just a few of the companies who have signed on to offer commercial-free content for the service. Youtube plans on charging consumers around $10 a month for the video content which will include music.

Under YouTube’s deal terms, content creators collectively will get 55% of the overall subscription revenue generated. Some companies are still in limbo in the deal, unsure about forking up the set percentage of profit.
