Billboard has announced the official line-up for their Hot 100 Fest Concert which will take place at Jones Beach on August 22-23rd. Performers will include Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Justin Bieber, Fetty Wap, Lil Wayne, Skrillex and many more. Tickets for the concert go on sale July 16th via Citipass/Mastercard here.
