Pharrell and Raury are the latest celebrities to support G-Star Raw’s Raw For The Oceans campaign. The RAW for the Oceans effort is a collaborative project of retrieving plastic from the oceans and transforming it into denim. The goal is to retrieve the plastic from the ocean and break it down into chips. Then shred to fibres which are spun into strong core yarn with cotton, making it ready for weaving or knitting of Bionic® yarn into RAW for the Oceans fabric.
