News: Bill Withers Suing Kendrick Lamar Over His ‘I Do This ‘Track

Bill Withers is suing Kendrick Lamar for infringing on his 1975 song ‘Don’t You Want To Stay.’ He claims Kendrick stole the track for his 2009 cut ‘I Do This’ off his Kendrick Lamar EP.

There are damages being pursued as the track ‘I Do This’ is still for sale on the internet although the EP was never put on iTunes. Take a listen to both tracks below and judge for yourself, but the replication seems pretty close.
