Fashion: Helly Hansen Files Lawsuit Against Off-White™ for Logo Infringement

The classic brand Helly Hansen has filed a lawsuit in Illinois Federal court against popular brand Off-White™. Helly Hansen claims Virgil Abloh’s brand’s logo is the same/or similar to the goods sold by the Hansen brand. They also allege Off-White™ has created a false affiliation that does not exist and are looking to have their logo trademarks cancelled.

Th basis of the lawsuit also stems around unfair competition and monetary mitigation. If won, Off-White™ would have to hand over the logo and all products with said logo on them that infringe upon Helly Hansen’s trademark rights.
